Since 1983, Joe “Klutch” Kleczkowski has owned and operated Personal Auto Care Service Center Inc and proudly served the community with honest, dependable automotive care. Klutch opened a small, local shop that has grown through generations of hard work, integrity and commitment to treating every customer like family. Under his leadership, Personal Auto Care Service Center Inc firmly believes in “Service Honoring the Golden Rule”. With over four decades of experience, we combine old-fashioned values with modern diagnostic technology to keep your vehicle running safely and efficiently. From routine maintenance to complex repairs, our office staff will take the time to explain your options and recommend only what you truly need, and we stand behind every job we do. - Recommend maintenance and corrective automobile services to our customers. We will work with clients and explain to them which services are required to correct existing problems, and which are for preventive maintenance.
- Provide our customers with a price estimate for work to be performed.
- Obtain prior authorization for all work done, either in writing or by other means satisfactory to the customer.
- Make sure to keep our customers informed about upcoming appointments and completion deadlines.
