I'm always given an estimate ahead of time and they always wait for my go ahead to do the work. At least twice they told me I could hold off on a repair because the car was still safe to drive. Their shuttle service is free and convenient. I'm always able to get an appointment within a day of calling, and the work is always completed the same day I drop the car off.
