- Recommend maintenance and corrective automobile services to our customers. We will work with clients and explain to them which services are required to correct existing problems, and which are for preventive maintenance.
- Provide our customers with a price estimate for work to be performed.
- Obtain prior authorization for all work done, either in writing or by other means satisfactory to the customer.
- Make sure to keep our customers informed about upcoming appointments and completion deadlines.
- Present or post copies of any warranties covering parts or service. We use quality CARQUEST Auto Parts and work with Advanced Auto Parts.
- Provide and honor any CARQUEST or Advanced Auto Parts manufacturer warranties.
- Exercise respect and care for the customer’s property while it is being serviced.

- Maintain a system for fair settlement of customer’s complaints.
- Cooperate with established consumer complaint mediation activities.
